I was surprised to have to pay postage to return a product that didn’t fit. This is very unusual for most fashion brands.

Ordered a buy one get one free item - but only one item was delivered. It took about 3 emails to get a response (rather than an automated reply).... when I finally got a response, service was good and I got the missing item within days.

The order arrived promptly and the tshirts were as described. Returns were very easy and refunds were prompt. The material seems good quality. I wash things before wearing them and they washed well on the first wash. Overall very pleased and will order again.

Wrong sizes sent out. Having already paid postage I now have to pay postage again to return an item that was incorrectly sent out by JW.No customer service numbers on documents with order. And no option to return to a store.Please sort it out

great service but delivery charges way too high in comparison to other brands

Quality of clothes and materials seems good. Sizing not consistent and not impressed to have to pay for returns when I’ve spent a lot of money with the company.

My order was satisfactory but a little confusing at times.......items all sized 12 but several of the items were far too big ...and some too small for size 12 In addition, the cost of returns to the customer is not anything I would entertain especially as I had paid the delivery costs most firms then include a returns postage paid for customer aid

I returned a coat for a smaller size, only to have it returned to me with a letter saying that it was not in it’s original condition. The letter did not say what that meant. The coat was fully fastened up, all tags intact and in the packaging it was sent to me.I have sent it back again and would either require a smaller size or a refund, as there is nothing wrong with the coat I returned.

Haven't received my order yet even though I was told it was dispatched on 18th March!!

Very disappointed. I ordered a matching top and legging set as a gift (the leggings were on pre order). It wasn’t made clear they wouldn’t dispatch the top until the leggings became available and when the release date was delayed by a month it meant I had no gift to give at all. I then received an email to tell me the leggings had been cancelled as they went out of stock - but how can something on pre-release go out of stock before the release date?! I sent an email expressing my concern which was then never replied to. The extra star is only for the fact the top was delivered very quickly (the day after the cancellation email) which I’m sure most other people would of appreciated. However I didn’t actually want the top as the point was the matching set.

I ordered the items as birthday gifts however, when they arrived the boxes were ripped and damaged. They clearly had been sent this way, I had to email JW on 2 separate occasions to get a response, eventually sorted when customer service got involved.


Sadly the one star is due to them taking 4.99 for shop pick up, when I actually put on the order home delivery(same price). When I got in touch with them theySaid it was my fault, and wouldn’t return the £4.99. Just won’t shop their anymore,
